Hailey C. Teat, NP

Hailey Teat, NP, has a heart for cardiac care and helping people improve their health since her own cardiac issues at a young age. She believes in an individualized, patient focused approach to care that considers the whole person instead of just a diagnosis.

As a certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses), Teat treats patients ages 13 through the end of life. At Willis Knighton Cardiology Ruston, Teat provides a welcoming and supportive environment for patients with many different heart conditions. She offers high quality care to each patient she encounters.

Originally from Jonesboro, Louisiana, Teat received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Louisiana at Monroe, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing at Northwestern State University of Louisiana College of Nursing in Shreveport.

Outside of work, Teat’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband (Bo), two sons (Cason and Cannon), and daughter (Cadie).
